Hi! I’m Eric, the dad and musician behind Music Time with Mr. E.

Before becoming Mr. E, I spent years working in restaurants, where I learned something that turned out to matter a lot in parenting: when things get loud or chaotic, what kids need most is someone who can stay calm and steady.

Music. Regulation. Structure. Connection. I’m not an educator or therapist. I’m a parent who believes in sturdy, research-supported parenting. The kind that gives kids room to explore while adults hold the structure.
